  • 4 kg Rice
  • 15 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 15 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 6 teaspoons Garam masala powder Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Black Pepper and Cardamom

  • 1 kg. Onions sliced
  • 1 kg Tomatoes chopped
  • 100 gram Green Chillis chopped

  • Start by thoroughly cleaning the mutton pieces and patting them dry.

  • In a large bowl, combine the red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

  • Sprinkle the spice mixture generously over the mutton pieces, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow the mutton to marinate while you prepare the rice.
  • Secure the marinated mutton on the iron rod stand using thin wires.

Prepare the Rice

  • Prepare the rice by washing and soaking it in water for 30 minutes.
